阿拉伯世界一般指以阿拉伯民族為主的國家。阿拉伯國家既是一個地理詞彙，又是一個國際關系名詞。通常來說，阿拉伯世界由20多個國家組成，包括埃及 (Egypt)、敘利亞 (Syria)、蘇丹 (Sudan)、利比亞 (Libya)、突尼西亞 (Tunisia)、阿爾及利亞 (Algeria)、摩洛哥 (Morocco)、伊拉克 (Iraq)、約旦 (Jordan)、黎巴嫩 (Lebanon)、沙烏地阿拉伯 (Saudi Arabia)、葉門 (Yemen)、科威特 (Kuwait)、卡達 (Qatar)、巴林 (Bahrain)、阿曼 (Oman)、阿拉伯聯合大公國 (United Arab Emirates)、索馬里 (Somalia)、吉布地 (Djibouti)、茅利塔尼亞 (Mauritania)、葛摩 (Comorin)、巴勒斯坦 (Palestine)等亞非國家；另外，伊朗 (Iran)、土耳其 (Turkey)、阿富汗 (Afghanistan)雖然游離於阿拉伯世界政治組織之外，但從傳統意義上來說，他們也是阿拉伯國家。 【概況】阿拉伯世界西起大西洋東至阿拉伯海，北起地中海南至非洲中部，面積約為1,420萬平方公里，位於亞、非兩大洲的結合部，其非洲部分佔 72%，亞洲部分佔 28%，具有重要的戰略地理位置。阿拉伯世界有寬廣的海岸線，如大西洋、地中海、阿拉伯灣、阿拉伯海、亞丁灣、紅海和印度洋等水域的海岸線。該地區曾經孕育了一些著名的古代文明，如埃及古文明、亞述文明、巴比倫文明、腓尼基文明等。 阿拉伯世界現有人口2億多，絕大多數是阿拉伯人，講阿拉伯語，信仰伊斯蘭教。阿拉伯各國在歷史上，對保存和傳播世界文明，促進人類進步，作出過重大貢獻。當前，阿拉伯國家在國際事務中的影響和作用越來越大。 【歷史】阿拉伯國家有過中世紀的輝煌，但到了近代，由於殖民主義的入侵，它像世界上其他幾個文明古國那樣無可奈何地衰落了。二戰後，阿拉伯民族解放運動蓬勃興起，至70年代初，阿拉伯國家全部獨立。這是一個迄今為止仍有許多地區還保持著女子蒙面紗習俗的神秘世界。由於戰略地位重要，且富有質優價廉的石油資源，故一直是世界大國爭奪的重點，是造成該地區不穩定的主要因素之一。 【宗教】各國居民以信奉伊斯蘭教為主，另有部分居民信奉基督教及其它宗教。 【語言】各國官方語言為阿拉伯語，非洲地區的阿爾及利亞、吉布地、茅利塔尼亞、摩洛哥、突尼西亞、葛摩通用法語。 【主要組織】 （一）阿拉伯國家聯盟： 1945年3月22日，在埃及倡議下，7個阿拉伯國家的代表在埃及首都開羅舉行會議，通過了《阿拉伯聯盟憲章》，阿拉伯國家聯盟正式成立。阿盟憲章規定，阿盟總部的永久地址為埃及首都開羅。目前阿盟的秘書長為阿姆魯·穆薩（Amr Moussa，曾任埃及外長，2001年3月起任阿盟秘書長）。現有成員22個：阿爾及利亞 (Algeria)、巴林 (Bahrain)、葛摩 (Comorin)、吉布地 (Djibouti)、埃及 (Egypt)、伊拉克 (Iraq)、約旦 (Jordan)、科威特 (Kuwait)、黎巴嫩 (Lebanon)、利比亞 (Libya)、茅利塔尼亞 (Mauritania)、摩洛哥 (Morocco)、阿曼 (Oman)、巴勒斯坦 (Palestine)、卡達 (Qatar)、沙烏地阿拉伯 (Saudi Arabia)、索馬里 (Somalia)、蘇丹 (Sudan)、敘利亞 (Syria)、突尼西亞 (Tunisia)、阿拉伯聯合大公國 (United Arab Emirates)和葉門 (Yemen)。 阿盟對於阿拉伯國家聯合自強，協調發展與世界其他國家和地區的關系，特別是維護地區穩定和世界和平方面發揮著重要的作用。埃及作為阿盟的重要成員，積極推動中東和平進程，在國際舞台上是重要的斡旋者。 （二）海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會： 簡稱「海合會（GCC）」，成立於1981年5月25日，由沙烏地阿拉伯、阿聯酋、科威特、阿曼、巴林和卡達六國組成。其宗旨是實現成員國內部的合作、協調和一體化。 （三）阿拉伯馬格裡布聯盟： 簡稱「馬盟」，成立於1989年2月17日，包括阿爾及利亞、利比亞、茅利塔尼亞、摩洛哥和突尼西亞。馬盟的宗旨是協調成員國之間的社會發展和經濟合作，最終實現經濟一體化和阿拉伯統一。 二、主要資源 （一）石油：阿拉伯各國總儲量6,465億桶，約佔世界總儲量的60%，其中沙特儲量2,618億桶，佔世界總儲量的25%，居世界第一位。 （二）天然氣：總儲量50.4萬億立方米，佔世界已探明總儲量的22%，其中卡達儲量25.5萬億立方米，居世界第三位；阿聯酋6.2萬億立方米，居世界第四位。 （三）磷酸鹽：總儲量約770億噸，約佔世界總儲量63%，主要集中在摩洛哥（600億噸）、埃及（70億噸）、伊拉克（35億噸）、突尼西亞（20億噸）、阿爾及利亞（20億噸）等國。 三、經濟概況 阿拉伯各國重視經濟建設，實行經濟改革，通過產業多元化、私有化等措施促進經濟發展。2003年阿拉伯國家的國內生產總值（GDP）約 7229億美元，人均GDP超過2,492美元。但國與國之間差距較大，海灣地區的卡達人均收入已達3萬美元，阿聯酋和科威特的人均收入超過1.6萬美元，沙特約9,400美元。而葉門、蘇丹、葛摩、茅利塔尼亞和索馬里則被列為世界上最不發達的國家。 （一）農業：由於氣候條件和水資源等因素的制約，阿拉伯國家的農業普遍不發達，可耕地面積僅佔地區總面積的8%左右，大部分阿拉伯國家糧食不能自給。主要農業國有：蘇丹、埃及、突尼西亞、摩洛哥、伊拉克、葉門、敘利亞和黎巴嫩等。主要糧食作物有：小麥、大麥和玉米等。主要經濟作物為：棉花、橄欖、椰棗、花生、甜菜和阿拉伯膠等。 （二）工業：阿拉伯國家工業基礎比較薄弱，結構比較單一，主要包括石油及石化、煉鋁、化肥、鋼鐵、紡織、食品加工、皮革製造等。 1、石化工業。海灣產油國的石化工業水平較高，其中最著名的石化企業是沙特基礎工業公司（Saudi Basic Instry Corporation，簡稱SABIC）。該公司成立於1976年，是一家沙特政府控股的中東最大的石化企業和全球主要的大型石化企業之一。2003年，公司的總資產為255億美元，在全球化工業中的排名上升到第11位。該公司主要致力於石油下游產品的開發。主要產品包括：乙烯、工業氣、聚乙烯、尿素等。2003年石化產品的生產能力達620萬噸，產品出口到100多個國家和地區，年均出口額約16億美元，銷售額佔全球化工類產品的18%。SABIC 公司在我國上海設有代表處。 2、煉鋁工業。阿拉伯國家中主要的煉鋁工業企業有兩家：A. 迪拜鋁業公司。該公司目前年產量53.6萬噸，是中東最大的煉鋁廠。B. 巴林鋁廠。該鋁廠也是世界上最大的煉鋁廠之一，目前年產量超過50萬噸，正在擴建的第5條生產線計劃投產後，將把年產量提高到75萬噸。 （三）金融：阿拉伯國家，特別是「海合會」國家，是世界上重要的資本輸出市場，且主要集中於海灣國家。據估計，阿拉伯國家的海外資本達8,000-10,000億美元，主要投資於西方發達國家的證券、股票和房地產等領域。同時，阿拉伯國家也是外國資本的重要投資場所，尤其是那些正在進行經濟改革的國家。 （四）對外貿易：外貿在阿拉伯國家經濟中佔有重要位置。阿拉伯國家大部分生產和生活資料需要進口，其所生產的原油、化工產品、鋁材等大部分供出口。2003年，阿拉伯國家對外貿易額為4,769多億美元，其中出口約2,890億美元，進口1,879億美元。對外貿易總額排前四位的是：沙特（約1,000億美元），阿聯酋（約770億美元），阿爾及利亞（約300億美元），科威特（約270億美元）。阿拉伯國家進口的主要商品是：機械設備、運輸設備、家用電器、紡織品、服裝、食品、手工具等；出口的主要商品是：原油、成品油、化工產品（包括化工原料、化肥等）、農產品（包括蔬菜、水果、鮮花等）、礦產品、紡織品、手工藝品等。 歐盟、日本和美國是阿拉伯國家的主要貿易夥伴，它們在該地區的市場佔有率分別為25%、11%和10%。阿拉伯國家之間的貿易量較小，占阿拉伯國家對外貿易總量的9%。

③ 伊朗是阿拉伯國家嗎

伊朗不是阿拉伯國家，伊朗人主體民族為波斯人。

阿拉伯國家主要分布在西亞、北非地區，包括巴勒斯坦、約旦、敘利亞、黎巴嫩、沙烏地阿拉伯、伊拉克、葉門、科威特、阿聯酋、卡達、巴林、阿曼等12個西亞國家；阿爾及利亞、摩洛哥、突尼西亞、利比亞、蘇丹、埃及等6個北非國家；非洲西部的茅利塔尼亞。

伊朗不是阿拉伯國家的原因

伊朗歷史悠久，可以說和四大文明古國不相上下。這個地方之前叫波斯，一直到近代的時候才改名為伊朗的。波斯帝國當年可是第一個橫跨歐亞非三大洲的帝國，這個帝國也創造出輝煌的文化，影響深遠。而且這個帝國雖然被滅多次，但文化還是被保留下來了。而伊朗現在就繼承了這些文化，所以這也是他不同於其他阿拉伯國家的原因。

其次是伊朗雖然位於中東，但是是在邊沿地區。伊朗位於中東的最東邊地區。這個地方即使是在阿拉伯帝國強大的時候也鞭長莫及，影響比較小。或者說阿拉伯帝國當年只是文化滲透到這個地方，這個地方並不是阿拉伯帝國的統治中心。而且阿拉伯帝國也沒有在這個地方形成長時間的有效統治。
