签证的停留期，是指持证人入境该国后准许停留的时间。它与签证有效期的区别，在于签证的有效期是指签证的使用期限，即在规定的时间内持证人可出入或经过该国。如某国的人、出境签证有效期为3个月，停留期为l5天，那么，这个签证从签发日始3个月内无论哪一天都可以入、出该国国境，但是，从入境当日起，到出境当日止，持证人在该国只能停留15天。有的国家签发必须在3个月之内入境，而入境后的停留期为1个月;有的国家签证入境期限和停留期是一致的。如美国访问签证的有效期和停留期都是3个月，即在3个月内入境方为有效，入境后也只能停留3个月。签证有效期一般为1个月或者3个月;最长的一般为半年或者1年以上，如就业和留学签证;最短的为3天或者7天，如过境签证。

工作签证,是指申请国国籍之外的申请人及外籍人士向申请国使馆申请的，并且是受雇于申请国认证的正规机构。工作签证是可以进入申请国国境之内进行工作的许可证，这是有法律效力的，非移民性质的证件。如果是留学生， 毕业 后不同的国别申请的工作签证类型也不一样。英国留学生毕业后只能申请三类工作签证：即第二层级签证、第五层级临时工作签证和第一层级(毕业生创业者)签证。

有效次数，签证除了有效期、停留期之外，还规定有效次数。一般分为一次有效签证、两次和多次有效签证等。签证的有效次数是指该签证在有效期内，使用一次就失效。两次有效签证，即在签证有效期内可以使用两次。多次有效签证，即在签证有效期内持照人可以多次出、入其国境。例如澳大利亚、印度的旅游签证有的是在3个月或者6个月内允许多次入出境。有些国家受雇签证也是多次入境有效。当然签发何种签证，有效期限多长，有效次数多少，签证机关是根据入境申请者的具体情况决定的。

With the questions in my mind， I started to read many relevant books. I was lucky to read the book “Jack： Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch， in Which John A. I should manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shop even made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the run the shop. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December， I had finally determined to take business management as my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies.

Fortunately， as a senior， I began by concting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province.
